Prefabricated houses Africa – Lesotho project
Prefabricated houses Africa is very popular. Because prefabricated housing system is very convenience, fast and effective. All the steel frame is prefabricated in our factory, only need to use the bolt and screw to connect them. All the wall panels are pre-cut, then means no much cutting job will cause on site. The prefabricated rate can reach 80%.
The prefabricated houses Africa project is about the clinic in village in Lesotho. It is an enslaved landlocked country completely surrounded by South Africa. Lesotho remains cooler throughout the year than other regions at the same latitude. Most of the rain falls as summer thunderstorms. Maseru and surrounding lowlands often reach 30 °C in summer. Winters can be cold with the lowlands getting down to −7 °C and the highlands to −18 °C at times. Snow is common in the highlands between May and September; the higher peaks can experience snowfalls year-round.
In one work, there is no specail climate in Lesotho. So our engineer just design it according to the budge. The prefabricated houses Africa project use the EPS (Polystyrene) sandwich panels to make the wall and roof panel. But the clinic require more cleaner and flatter wall, so we make the polystyrene in higher density of 14kg/m3, and more thicker color steel sheet of 0.426mm. And also use the gysum board as the ceiling.
